Ada of Caria - (377-326 B.C.) Satrap of Caria, had the good sense to ally herself to Alexander the Great in order to retain control of Caria.

St. Ada (7th Century A.D.) - Catholic Saint and nun.

Ada,(~750 B.C.) Sister of Charlemagne, for whom the Ada Gospels were produced.

Ada, Countess of Holland (reigned from 1203-1207).
